Apart Hotel Mamut

Comfortable modern friendly hotel , well located near the slopes .

Pros: We are so pleased that we chose this hotel for our trip to Kopaonik - it was first rate in every way . Very modern and comfortable room with very stylish interior and very quick wi-fi . Close to the slopes for skiing and nice storage room on site for boots and skis . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included in the price was very good . We ate in their restaurant twice and were not disappointed - good food at excellent price , complimented by nice choice of Serbian wines . We were given slices of delicious chocolate cake to take on our journey , as well as a gift of a Serbian wine - which was a very nice touch . We stayed 5 nights and would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again ,should we return to Kopaonik. We felt that it was very good value for the high quality of the accommodation and overall experience .

Cons: We could not find any fault with this hotel .

Pros: This was one of our best stays yet! The location is fantastic only a 3 minute walk to the ski centre right next to Viceroy. I must say that the service and hospitality at Apart Hotel Mamut was amazing. They thought of everything. The room was in pristine condition to the point where we thought it was freshly renovated! There wasn’t a single speck of dust anywhere within the room and common areas. The breakfast was delicious with traditional Serbian food. They even have a room to store your skis which has heating racks for the ski boots! They’ve really thought of everything. We had a 5 star experience, whilst feeling at home with personalised service the whole time! There is ample parking and breakfast was included. At the end of our stay they even l cleaned the snow off our car and warmed it up. Our experience was super positive and we would recommend it to everyone. See you next year!

Pros: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is super clean and spotless, food is amazing, the rooms are really big and contain everything you need. I have been to many hotel and apartments in Kopaonik but this one definitely has the best value for the price.

Cons: Hot water pressure was a bit weaker at times, but it wasn’t impactful.

Just like home

Pros: This is absolutely amazing place. The best we have experienced at Kopaonik in the last 30 years. The staff is helpful, pleasant, solution-oriented. The apartments are very comfortable, clean to perfection. Really felt like home. Getting a small gift as a reminder of your stay is something one don’t experience often. It is just 5-10min walk to everything you need when on winter holiday, including skilifts. The place even takes care of your ski equipment, so next day you get dry and warm skiboots and can comfortabely start a new day on skiloops. Restaurant is nice. We only ate breakfast but it was a good choice with new surprise every day. Although we love to explore new places, part of our annual holiday will definitelly be reserved for staying at Mamut :) And for all people thinking about and taking care of enviroment, Mamut is as close as possible eco orienteted. We recommend this place :)

Cons: It is very individual. I think it was just perfect with average 22 degrees in the apartment, my partner wished it was a bit warmer. Most people are more used to have clasic wall heater where you can put a bit wet clothes after skiing, but having floorheating in wintertime works more than fine :) The staff is at your service if you want to have it warmer in the apartment, they fix it :) Basically we have nothing negative to say except maybe that wall radiator in the bathroom should be a bit warmer, so shirt after skiing could get dry faster :) At first it sounded strange that despite perfectly equipped kitchen it is not allowed to make private food, but at the end we appreciated that appartment did not have that smell, most appartments for rent, get after different people make different “traditional meals” ;) So, we support this policy :)

The Pefect Kopaonik Hotel

Pros: The staff were very nice to us and extremely helpful. They helped us with what to do in town and even helped us plan the rest of our trip in Serbia. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant was fantastic
