Incredible hospitality!
Pros: The house is located about 8 minute drive from the town center. There's no issue with parking on the territory. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly, anything you need you get! The apartment is fabulous, quiet, spacious, modern, well lit. There's a lot to make your stay not only comfortable but also aesthetically beautiful especially if you're into cooking - there's a lot of kitchenware, plates, cups and so on for that (even various candles). There was even a humidifier which we happily used. The family keeps chickens so if you like you can purchase some eggs. We stayed with 2 dogs, the property is also pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and even prolonged for one more night. Did't want to leave at all!
Cons: Not a minus, but it's important to note that you're renting an apartment on the second floor of the house, not an entire house. It is isolated and has a separate entrance, so we had zero issues with privacy, but it may be important to someone.

Pros: One of the best apartments I’ve ever rented in Serbia. Spacious, modern, and very well equipped - the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and even more. Honestly, I don’t even have that many utensils at home. Ivana is an incredibly caring host. We had a problem with our car on the way from Belgrade and arrived late and completely exhausted. She welcomed us with a pot of hot soup — it was exactly what we needed and felt so thoughtful. The next day she brought us fresh eggs from her own chickens and homemade cookies, which were absolutely fantastic. The house has a very special, warm atmosphere. There are lots of culinary books, so it’s the perfect place to spend a whole day cooking, experimenting, and tasting new dishes. A truly memorable stay — we would love to come back.

Pros: Amazing, spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and so many thoughtfully selected details! My husband loved the coffee machines and the wide variety of coffee options available in the apartment. The beds were really comfortable, and the mornings were quiet, so I finally got some proper rest. Our 2-year-old had plenty of space to play indoors, and especially enjoyed the lovely playground in the yard, which had lots of toys. The location is great—just a 6–7 minute drive to Vrnjačka Banja. Ivana was incredibly helpful and always available for anything we needed. I especially appreciated the toys she placed in the crib for our daughter—such a sweet touch! Thank you again for everything. We truly enjoyed your place and your wonderful hospitality!

Everything is fine
Pros: Real apartments, a purely European approach. The apartment has everything: you want to bake pies, you want to cook soup. In winter it is dry and warm. Air conditioning in summer. Breakfast - 10 points out of 10. The floors are natural wood, pleasant on the feet. Beautiful cat SNOW WHITE with emerald eyes. It's definitely worth petting. She will come if you are kind.

Pros: The host and their family were very welcoming and understanding. We enjoyed every minute. My 2,5 year old running around and being loud was able to have his freedom and also play in the yard! I loved the fact that the host made herself available to cook us meals! As a working mom, it is a huge luxury to not have to cook for a prolonged weekend! And to have a proffesional chef! It was amazing! The house is warm and done with taste, location is great, out if busy turisty parts but close to mountain and Banja.

A perfect stay with welcoming hosts, stunning views, and all the comforts of home.
Pros: Excellent hosts and a beautiful space. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary accessories for everyday living. The lovely terrace with a view adds to the experience. We came with our dog, and since Sienna is pet-friendly, that was another big plus. Ivana is a wonderful host. She prepared breakfast for us every morning, which was delivered right to our door at the agreed-upon time. Additionally, the owner runs a pizzeria in Vrnjačka Banja, where you can order burgers, pasta, and pizzas, all delivered to the accommodation free of charge. The location is just a five-minute drive from the center of Vrnjačka Banja, or about a 20-minute walk. Highly recommended for the super-friendly hosts, and we’ll definitely be back.
