Nice warm cottage, great for a skiing holiday

Pros: Nice and warm cottage, not huge but has everything you need. Great for a skiing vacation. The nearest parking with access to ski lifts is only about 5 minites by car (though you may need chains on some days). The host was lovely and accomodating for all our requests, such as late check-in. Thanks you Nenad!

Cons: The only thing is that the water temperature controller is a bit temperamental, jumps between cold and very hot so it takes a bit of learning to set it to a pleasant temperature - but this is not a big deal.

Pros: We had a great stay at this house! The location is excellent – just a few minutes from Kopaonik and close to many hiking trails. The house is well equipped, and there’s a nice outdoor area with a barbecue and firewood available. Parking is also provided right next to the house, which was very convenient. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive – he explained everything clearly upon arrival and was always available if we needed anything. He even treated us to some local meat for the barbecue, which was a very nice touch.

Pros: House is very cosy and warm and located near Kopaonik ski resort on the quiet street. Roads were cleaned during our stay so no issues with driving there on a small car. Nenad is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for everyone :) Hvala na gostoprimstvu!

Pros: - good location with parking space - silence around - warm rooms with automatic temperature control - WiFi and smart TV - the owner is very friendly and willing to help - excellent quality-price ratio

Cons: - maybe a little more cleanliness, but having in mind the good price I will not consider this a negative point

Pros: Lokacija je le 15 min od smučišča. Koča je topla, predvsem v spalnicah. Lastnik je zelo skrben. V kuhinji je majhno okno, da lahko kuhinjo prezračiš. V zgornjem nadstropju sta dve ločeni sobi.
