Great time in a clean modern house inside a great nature park which we will try to visit again soon.

Pros: Location is fantastic, it is inside the protected naational park, somewhere where you woudn't believe that you could build a house in. You need to pay entrance fee to the park, to get to your accomodation, but it is a vary small fee and if valid for many entries. Hosts are really accomodating, they are very nice and fiendly... we felt welcomed. There is a fridge filled with all kinds of juices, sodas, alcoholic beverages, priced as in local markets, which is very good because local markets are not so close by, none in the park area. In front of the house there is an enourmous field which we used to lie on when night fell and watched the stars, which we love to do, but you need an altitude and lack of pollution for that.

Cons: Felt like price could be a little more accomodating. There is nothing else I could write in this section.

Comfortable house in a beautiful place

Pros: Lovely comfortable house in a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. There is everything you need and even a little more. Very hospitable hosts. Misunderstanding may arise only because of insufficient knowledge of the languages of the guests, but the hosts still try to understand and help. They offer delicious homemade food. For those who don't want to order, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The waterfall is very close, about 10 minutes at a slow walking pace, and even in the house you can hear its murmur (with windows open). The house has several spacious terraces with sofas and tables. Comfortable mattresses and orthopedic pillows. Washing and drying machines, dishwasher. The place is definitely worth a visit!

Cons: You can only get there by car (at least I don’t know anything about other transport), and the road is not very comfortable sometimes. It takes about 30 minutes driving to get to/from Despotovac. Though it's not something the host can influence, just to let future visitors know

Pros: Everything. Our son had his birthday during the stay. Nothing was a problem to prepare a birthday party for him. Really great! Great location, accomodation, owners!

Pros: Отличное место прямо у водопада, в окружении леса, гор. Есть оборудованные места для прогулок. В зимнее время здорово проводить время у камина в просторном зале на первом этаже. Отопление отлично справляется с холодной погодой. Питание от хозяев очень сытное.

Cons: В зимнее время ближайшие рестораны могут не работать.

lovely and relaxing stay

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. We stayed during winter and really enjoyed the warmth and the fireplace, which made the atmosphere especially cozy. I’m sure the large terrace would be wonderful to use in warmer seasons as well. Highly recommended.

Apsolutno savršeno!

Pros: Domaćin pravi kakav treba da bude, kuća fenomenalna, čista, pod konac. Kamin je predobar, daje pravi utisak da ste daleko od grada. Kod domaćina možete u dogovoru sa njim uzeti i domaće proizvode. Okruženje sjajno, dosta ima aktivnosti i ima se videti svašta. Odlično je i za porodice i parove. Ovde se vraćamo opet! Živeli

Pros: Къщата е отлична и надхвърли очакванията ни, супер уютна, отлично обзаведена и с цялото необходимо оборудване. Посрещането от домакините беше уникално а самите те са много приятни и дружелюбни. Горещо препоръчваме и със сигурност ще я посетим пак.

Dobar

Pros: Smeštaj je prostran, sa velikom terasom, na kojoj je divna ljuljaška. Dvorište je prednost u koliko putujete sa kućnim ljubimcima. Spavaće sobe su uredne, kreveti preudobni. U kuhinji pribora više nego dovoljno. Pogled sa terase prelep, na planinu. Vodopad veoma blizu, kao i vrelo. Kraj je miran, bez buke. Ima mesta za parking. Za kratak boravak je ok.

Cons: Higijena nije bila na najboljem nivou (prašina na spoljnom nameštaju - stolovima, stolicama, buđ na pojedinom posuđu...). Šporet nije u kuhinji, već u špajzu, gde nema radne površine, što veoma komplikuje bilo kakvo spremanje hrane. Nameštaj u trpezariji i terasi nepotrebno glomazan i previše ga je (neke slike ne odgovaraju sadašnjem stvarnom stanju). U dnevnoj sobi previše nepotrebnih lovačkih detalja, što otežava adekvatno čišćenje. Napomena: mi smo prevideli na slikama prepariranog vuka u dnevnoj sobi, što nam je otežalo ulazak u smeštaj sa psima, pa preporučujem da o tome povedete računa ako vodite ljubimce, a i u koliko vam nije prijatno da isto gledate (mi smo ovo, na žalost, prevideli). Kontejner za smeće iz susednog dvorišta (prepun) je tik uz ulaz i jednu od terasa.

Pros: Odlična lokacija, mir, prostrano, udobno, ljubazni domaćini.
