An excellent hotel with well‑designed facilities — truly worth every recommendation!
Pros: During the stay, a buffet was available for every meal. The food selection was diverse, allowing everyone to choose what suited them best. The hotel’s location is excellent and offers opportunities for walking (be prepared for mandatory uphill and downhill sections), as well as swimming in the indoor and semi‑outdoor pools even during winter. Other sports activities are available in the summer season, along with a large outdoor pool. Cleanliness is at an impressive level, and the staff’s kindness is remarkable. A small three‑piece anti‑age cosmetic set will be waiting for you in the room! Te healing and widely renowned Prolom water is available free of charge both inside the hotel and at the spring located right next to it. Don’t miss the chance to try the exceptional Prolom beer, available only at the hotel! It’s one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
Cons: A small drawback is the location of the dining restaurant. It is indeed very close to the hotel, but you still have to step outside, which during winter means you need to put on a jacket.

Old hotel with good spa center and pools with mineral water, appropriat for people with disabilities
Pros: Good location, nice nature, correct spa center and pools with thermal water
Cons: Not enough natural light in the room, we have the room with very bad view in opposite building of the hotel. The breakfast and lunch during my short stay was served together with people from stuff of the hotel and local workers who work on reconstruction of public road near to the hotel. Some of the rooms in the hotel need serious renovation

Pros: The place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was perfect. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Everything. There were different kind of foods and there is something for anyone. The stuff is really nice, kind and helpful. The cafe in the hotel is a perfect place for chilling out with a view. And least but the best are the pools and the spa facilities. Clean (maybe a little bit overcrowded at times) and spacious. My favorite one is the big pool half inside, half outside. Really enjoyed our stay here and probably will return whenever we have chance. I highly recommend it.
Cons: The noice from the stuff in the morning. I use to drink my morning coffee on the balcony and relax, but at times they were too loud.

Pros: За шести път сме в хотела,което говори за оценката ни.През това време са направени доста подобрения.Доволни сме от целия екип.Местоположението ни харесва- планина,река ,малко населено.Масажите са чудесни.Храната както винаги вкусна.

Pros: Prv pat odime vo ovoj hotel i nie sme oduseveni. Personalot e prekrasen, sobite ubavi cisti, a hranata izvonredna.
Cons: Po moj vkus bi mozelo samo vodata vo nadvoresnite bazeni da bide potpopla, inaku se drugo e super.

Pros: Красивое место, напротив отеля великолепная церковь Преображения Господня. Очень живописно. Отель комфортабельный, хорошая спа-зона, особенно wellness lux с бассейном prolom sea. Хорошие открытые бассейны.

Pros: Smeštaj dobar, osoblje dobro. Hrana na bazi švedskog stola solidna. Bila sam pre tri godine hrana je tad bila odlična. Odlično mesto za odmor.
Cons: Nema uređenih šetališta Nema prodavnica, nema mesta za neki izlazak, nema nikakvih sadržaja
