Etno hotel Balasevic Rtanj

Pros: The room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was good also.

Cons: The water in the swimming pool was cold.

Awesome place and we can not wait to fome back once again to this property !

Pros: Everything was excellent especially comfortable room delicious food and friendly staff.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. There is something for everyone. Every day we were surprised with some home made food.

Cons: Heating in room was off due to end of heating seson. Room was super cold when we arrived. No air-condition in room even on booking we saw it should be available in each room. One of staff saved situation and gave us radiator. At the end all went ok

Pros: Се беше прекрасно, Имавме неверојатно искуство во хотелот! Сместувањето беше беспрекорно, собите чисти, уредени и пространи. Креветите беа многу удобни, а бањата одржувана и со сите неопходни тоалетни производи. Персоналот беше исклучително љубезен и професионален и секогаш расположени да помогнат со насмевка. Појадокот беше богат и разновиден, со опции за сите вкусови, а ресторанот нудеше и одлична вечера со локални специјалитети. Локацијата е идеална е блиску до центарот и главните атракции, а сепак тивка и мирна за одмор. Дополнителен плус беа базенот и спа-центарот, кои беа совршени за релаксација по долг ден. Топло го препорачувам хотелот и со сигурност би се вратиле повторно!

Pros: Good value for money, nice staff in the resturant and nice food.

Cons: The pillows were hard a too big for my choice

Pros: Staff is very good, friendly and helpful. Food from restaurant also very good, traditional dishes with good quality ingrediencies. Very good place for nice and quiet getaway weekend

Pros: Very good potential for this hotel. You have everything that you need, breakfast was very good, and staff are very kind.

Cons: In some rooms we didn't have boiling water.

Pros: Whole place is wonderful, as if you jumped into a fairytale. Location is great, not so far from main sights of Rtanj (10 min drive). Staff is relaxed and they were polite.

Cons: All our room needed to be great were some curtains that can cover morning sunlight, especially in the summer.

Perfect place to stay close to mojntain Rtanj, and to explore the nature around
