Armadillo Houses

Pros: Extremely adorable house! Very beautiful inside and outside, well-equipped, in a quiet place with pleasant view but not far from restaurants (5 minutes walk). Exceptional courtyard with huge swings on the pine tree. The host was easy to access, answered really quickly and even gifted us with a bottle of very tasty wine for my b-day :) It was a pleasure to stay here!

Cons: Actually there were some unpleasant moments: - it was impossible to turn the sauna on; - very noisy conditioning, its pipe was not easy to fix and hot air filled the house instead of cool one. It was also hard to sleep even on silent mode when it was turned on; - all board games and puzzles in the house were broken and impossible to play.

Magic Under a Snowflake Roof

Pros: Unique, fairy-tale experience. The architecture feels like a dream brought to life — cozy, creative, and completely one-of-a-kind. You can feel the love and imagination in every detail. A peaceful escape into nature, yet full of charm and character. Simply unforgettable.

Cons: Honestly, everything was exceptional. Nothing to complain about — just pure magic from start to finish.

Pros: We liked everything🙌 Location, serenity, cosiness, cleanness, fully-equipped property, indoor flow energy, warmth and views. If I could pick up one spot in Serbia, to recommend it as outstanding place to rest your body, mind and soul - it would be Armadillo Houses at Kopaonik mountain.

Cons: Previous guests who stole slippers from property, therefore I didn’t have any during our stay…but luckily I’ve brought my beach flip-flops ;)

Great experience.

Pros: Great concept, loved every bit of it. Views, balcony, sauna, comfortable inside structure.

Cons: A bit slow shower drainage. On a sunny summer day, penguin type of air conditioning was a bit insufficient.

Cons: 1. Sauna glass door is just in front of the window of the house, so if there is some one in the sauna with only towel on him/her from the second house - you will have to enjoy it inevitably 2. That has nothing to do directly with bungalow, but the area is so heavily under construction with all the trucks and dust, that we would hardly come again before it's all finished.

Fabulous little big house

Pros: Exceptional architectural solution. Interior is such well planned and executed. Very peaceful place, away from major road. Fabulous little big house. We like it to the point we would like to build our own.

Adekvatan za grupu prijatelja ili par

Pros: Sarmantan,izuzetno moderan I lep smestaj, vodjeno je racuna o detaljima, odlicno grejanje, prelepa ljuljaska napolju, sauna.

Cons: Nije prikladan za porodicu sa decom, nezgodan prilaz gornjem krevetu zbog strmih stepenica,ocekivala sam malo veci smestaj.

Pros: Fenomenalan koncept uz manjak privatnosti ukoliko gosti iz susedne kućice često koriste saunu ispred vaših staklenih panoramskih prozora. U svakom slučaju Fenomenalan doživljaj.

Beyond expectations - coziness at the highest level.

Pros: It is absolutely perfect: location, surrounding area, house itself, furniture, details...coziness at the highest level. Very professional approach, detailed entry instruction, kids loved it. Sleeping under the stars and waking up by natural light (while watching over tree covered by the snow), amazing, picturesque and very romantic but still interesting for the boys age 7 and 9. Enjoyed meals in Chalet (only 50m down the road), absolutely contributed to the overall positive experience.

Relaxing escape and wonderful experience

Pros: It is everything that you imagine when you look at the photos. This is why I said it did not exceed my expectations, because those were high already from everything I saw. The house is just a dream for relaxation and joy and time in nature!
