a good place to start your ski journey with the aid of gondola Brzece-Mali Karaman :)
Pros: The owners are ready to help when you need. If you need some things just ask and they will try to help you. regarding hospitality : super ! *We really appreciate the late check-out, after we come back from ski in the last day [Wednesday]. *The building is close , around 20m, to the road, you have the parking space on the side of the road. The owners have they own parking place so this is very good if you go by car. *the WI-fi was good enough, medium speed compared with other places where I stay in the past : 2,4Ghz band *shower cabin larger than other accommodations * “food market” is situated at 3-4 min walking, you can buy water and food there.
Cons: Attention: in Brzece the water from the sink is not potable! I discussed the water problem even with a cottage owner in the city, a local from Serbia, who is over 70 years old and has made numerous requests to the local authorities in the last 4 years to remove heavy metals and ARSENIC from the water supplied to the public network! This gentleman told me that he uses store-bought water for drinking and cooking. The problem is not about villa Vicko! Need improvements In order to help the owner to improve the quality of accommodation I suggest some things where is place for better: \

Pros: Good value for money, spacious and warm rooms, helpful hosts, convenient parking options, supermarket and restaurant close by
Cons: gondola is a bit far away, so most likely you will need to go with car/pay for bus service

Едно добро място на страхотна цена.
Pros: Учтив персонал, топли стаи, 2 от леглата бяха много удобни. Бих го посетил отново.
Cons: Бих искал да има кошче в банята и един мопс, за да се попива водата при къпане, понеже въпреки душ кабината, водата успяваше да изтича отнякъде и да мокри около тоалетната.

Прекрасный отдых
Pros: Отличный большой дом, можно заехать большой группой и всем будет удобно. Есть номера с балконами. 2 минуты от остановки автобуса, до подъемника 7 минут пешком. Отличный персонал, все наши вопросы решали мгновенно и вообще старались сделать так, чтобы нам было хорошо )) Кровати удобные, постельное хорошее, по 2 (!) одеяла на двухспальных кроватях. Спасибо, обязательно приедем еще.

Miren kraj v hribih. Prijazen gostitelj, ki je na uslugo. Primerno za pohodnike in kolesarje.
Pros: Primeren kraj za kolesarje, pohodnike. Je precej odmaknjen od središča Kopaonika. Prijazen gostitelj. Pohištvo je staro, je pa vse čisto, zajtrk po naročilu - dober.
Cons: Nimam pripomb.

Fresh raspberry cake and tea! Lovely stay
Pros: The family Inn is lovely and the hosts are so kind. We were treated to fresh coffee and tea gratis upon arrival and departure. The hosts also gave us delicious raspberry cake she had made. It was a nice stay.

Pros: Sve izgleda kao na fotografijama. Nije moderan smestaj ali ima sve sto je potrebno. Jako je toplo zimi, preporuka za zimogrozljive. Vlasnici kuce su jako fini i ljubazni, na raspolaganju su za sve stp treba. Smestaj je jedan od jeftijih u Brzecu i kao takav je za preporuku. Hotel Junior i mala ski staza su preko puta kuce. Gondola blizu
