B&B Nataly 2

Pros: Great hotel, very good Spa. Breakfast was awesome and stuff are very pleasant.

Cons: Nothings

Perfect and affordable one-night stay for a couple, will definitely visit again.

Pros: Cleanliness, location, the staff, the breakfast, the spa. Everything was perfect.

Cons: The jacuzzi wasn't working, but that was fine with us.

Pros: I really liked everything, the room was clean, the spa was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast with a view

Pros: Clean smart hotel with good facilities in the tourist town of Sokobanja.

Cons: As the restaurant is on the top floor you get good views but it means a long wait for the lift. Could not spot the stairs.

Pros: We were genuinely astonished by our experience at Nataly. The cleanliness is commendable, and the rooms are adequately spacious. Although the spa is not large, has everything you need. I had a relaxing massage and really enjoyed my me time. The food was delicious and you will have a lot of choices for everyone's needs.

It's a nice place, and we would visit again

Pros: The room was spacious, the pool was just a staircase away. The warm water in the pool was great, even though the pool is not very big. The location of the property is also great, since it's a couple of minutes away from the center. The staff surprised us with a cake for our kid's birthday, it was much appreciated. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing

Cons: The breakfast was served in another building. There was no privacy on the balcony from other rooms. The soundproofing could also be better.

Pros: Very nice and peaceful place. Spa is small but not crowded. Breakfast was very tasty

Cons: Not much kitchenware. Dusty

Perfect for families, city center location and great value for money

Pros: Food was amazing. Staff extra friendly and supportive. Always there to meet, greet and assist you with a smile. They have a lovely brunch organised on Sundays. Value for money - feeling is like you are robbing them. For sure they are offering a lot for their prices. Very spacious room. Great location in the city center.

Cons: Spa center is located at the ground floor/ basement and for some reason that outside door is always open - when going up to the room from the spa, you have to pass near that open door and is cold.

Nataly spa is amazing place with lovely people and luxurious accommodation. Location, thermal spa and new restaurant wit

Pros: Perfect care for all the details like apples and bottle of fresh water expecting you on the table.

Cons: Only little minus are thin walls and hearing neighbours

Fantastic stay with a luxurious spa experience that made our trip unforgettable—highly recommended!

Pros: Our stay at Nataly Spa was truly wonderful, especially because of the amazing spa center and breakfast! The room itself was on a smaller side, yet modern and well-maintained, with calming view. The real highlights were the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast each morning. Starting the day with such a variety of fresh and tasty options was a treat, and winding down in the spa after exploring made the experience more special. The location is ideal, close to center yet peaceful, and all the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating and delightful getaway!
