New and spacious apartment overlooking river

Pros: Apartment is in a well maintained, clean and newish building. Good sized apartment with entrance hall, bathroom and living room/kitchenette. Well fitted kitchen with microwave, kettle, 2 cooking hobs and an induction hob, full sized fridge/freezer and ample crockery and cutlery. Everything appeared brand new and the apartment was scrupulously clean throughout. Comfortable king sized bed, large screen t.v. excellent WiFi, and efficient air-con. Good sized bathroom with boiler, heated towel rail and excellent spacious shower. Balcony with pleasent view over river and walkway, and easy free parking at the side of the building. Some 10 minutes walk to centre with it's many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Cons: Kitchen tap was very loose with only a trickle of water. Bathroom washbasin taps had low pressure but just adequate ( shower pressure was fine) Apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator, and so the 51 steps were a challenge when carrying luggage.
