Awesome apartment, clean and cozy, landlord is great and very nice and pleasant lady, easy to talk with and to make any

Pros: Close to the Aqua park, restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy. Very cozy and comfortable apartment, clean and well equipped.

Cons: Water pipes are often too loud (in the entire building), there should be a bit more space to dry wet clothes and towels (if you go to the Aqua park).
