DREAM apartments

Pros: Everything was really nice and cozy. Strongly recomend.

It is a new apartment with new furniture. The location is very good.

Pros: I had everything I needed for one night. The apartment would be comfortable even for three people. There are two TVs, exceptionally good airconditioning, a kitchen. My recommendation is to supply the apartment with at least one blanket, although it was hot weather.

Pros: Great location, Good to stay to reach the City centre of Nis. Free public transport / 28min walk. (Better because of the parking)

Clean and comfy

Pros: It's an apartment in a new building, everything inside is clean and new. The bed is very comfortable, we slept like babies. Besides that, when we talk about other amenities, you'll find a fridge (which is super important for me), a/c, hair dryer. Towels are also included. Car parking outside the street is free. Apartment itself has a WiFi connection and television. So, basically all necessities are there and the host is nice and helpful. Enjoy your stay.

Cons: There's no shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen isn't equipped almost at all. No coffee machine (but there's a lot of cafes in the city).

Clean and comfy

Pros: -it was clean -had all the necessities we could think of -building was new -15 minutes away from the biggest Mall in Niš

Cons: -it has noisy neighbors

Pros: Nice room, well renovated, good value for money. Good communication with the landlord. Overall good experience

Cons: Don’t believe that this is landlord’s or property’s issue but as it is in the ground floor there was a car parked right out of the door. It was hard to enter the room , and even harder to enter with the suitcase. I had to put a 20kg suitcase up my head to get in as it was impossible to pass at the side of the car. It was also a bit inconvenient that i couldn’t pay by card and had to go to the atm and get extra charged ro het cash . It was very close though

Pros: The apartment feels like the second home. You have everything that you need inside! Located near the centrum, make easy access to shops and restaurants! Great location. I recommend it.

Pros: The apartment is new, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner is very kind and helpful. If you are coming by car, there is a parking place reserved for you. We had a perfect time in the town of Niš. Highly recommend!

Pros: A good location. Very polite and helpful host. Good conditions of the apartment and the furniture.

Cons: Air conditioning only in the living room and no heating in the bedroom only one blanket provided so it got a bit cold at night.

Pros: Everything was perfect, nice location. Highly recommend this apartment. 👌
