Pros: Very nice design, the window-becoming-small-balcony is an especially nice idea:) The view over the city is also impressive. Free private parking under the building was also very important and convenient for us. Communication with the host was easy and flexible.

Cons: The flipside of the big windows is that the sun starts shining in quite early and strong - perhaps some window shades would be nice to have.

Great place, recommend.

Pros: Location and the apartment are great. From mansard windows you can look at the city and watch birds.

Cons: We've got different room from what we booked, but difference was small, and host helped to move in table, so difference became even less. Because it is mansard, you can hear pigeons on roof, which might be distracting for someone. Also it can be hot and stuffy, but open windows effectively help with it, we didn't even had to turn on air conditioner.
