Perfect

Pros: We liked everything, first of all the kindness and hospitality of the owners. Milos is a very kind man, as is his wife, Zoka. Also, the apartment is super modern, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The bed are very comfortable. It also has underground parking. Supermarket in the basement of the building. Exceptional price-quality ratio. We will definitely come back and I will recommend this apartment to all my friends.

Perfect stay in Nis

Pros: I flew to Serbia to visit my boyfriend and stayed at the Andreas Lux Apartment in Niš and it was such a great experience! The communication with the host was excellent; they were super nice, responsive, and very accommodating. They even came by to change the bedding during my stay, which I really appreciated. The apartment had everything I needed a cozy private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, and even parking, which was a big plus. There’s also a store conveniently located right downstairs. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, a great stay! I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Pros: Хорошая квартира в новостройке, есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин квартиры - приятный и внимательный молодой человек. Мы были впервые в Сербии, поэтому очень благодарны за сопровождение на рынок, помощь при покупке овощей и фруктов, решение вопроса при обмене денег. Это внимание к гостям достойно самой высокой оценки.

Cons: Все мелкие недостатки апартаментов были покрыты обаянием хозяина ))
