Pros: Everything was good, clean and cosy with good wifi. It also had a washing machine.

Cons: The bed was very firm, but many people like it like that.

Excellent, highly recommended, perfect for a couple and for a longer stay!

Pros: Professional host, the apartment is true to the description and photos. Very clean and comfortable, located on a peaceful street, with supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, parking space free of charge behind the building and down the street as well. The host is professional and cooperative. Bathroom fully fitted, also with a washing machine, for those who stay in the apartment for a longer period. Air-conditioning cools down the apartment in a matter of minutes! Kitchen fully fitted and equipped with everything you'll ever need. Comfy double-sized bed and an additional chair/bed in the living room/kitchen. Perfect for a couple!

Cons: Lack of elevator, the apartment is on the 5th floor. But the stairs are not very steep. For older and middle-aged people, make sure to make e.g. a shopping list before you leave and go down the stairs, so that you don't have to go up the stairs again (because you forgot something). The same goes for parking lots behind the building, sometimes they're all occupied. There are parking lots behind other buildings in the street. Make sure not to park on the street,

It is a good pick of you have to stay not for a one night

Pros: The apartment has everything (or almost everything) for a long-term stay. A full-fledged kitchen for cooking, except a microwave oven and a kettle, but it is not critical for sure. There is a supermarket located in 7 min on foot. Very polite and pleasant hostess! As for the location, it's not the center, but if it's not important to you or you have a car, a good pick! Can be a bit noisy in the late evening or early morning, because of the road nearby if you have your window open, but it is not so loud as you may thought. The only point, but the owner warns about it, is that the apartment is on the 6th floor and does not have an elevator. If this is not a problem for you, this is a great option in the city of Niš.

Pros: Miodrag was very kind. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The apartment was clean and everything worked well.

Pros: Зручна квартира з усім необхідним, якщо треба зупинитися у Ниші. Поряд з великою вулицею, але затишно. Запаркуватися можливо поруч з домом. Квартира на 5 поверсі, тож майте на увазі, якщо багато валіз.

Pros: it was comfortable, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, a nice picture on the wall, classy bathroom, free tea 🫖☕, the owner was responsive

Cons: no microwave, no electric kettle, although I could prepare a tea using electric stoves and a pot

Pros: Sve je proslo u najboljem redu. Dogovor i organizacija brza i laka. Vlasnica apartmana jako ljubazna i profesionalna. Sve preporuke 🙂

Pros: Osoblje jako ljubazno na usluzi non stop za taj novac više nego odlično

Cons: Nema lifta ,a nalazi se na 5.om spratu

Pros: Sve je tačno u opisu smeštaja. Osoblje ljubazno i ažurno. Lep pogled iz urednog i klimatizovanog apartmana. Na 100m dobar niški burek i roštilj. Siguran i bezbedan parking. Apartman je dobar i za duži boravak. Dobro je povezan sa besplatnim autobuskim prevozom do centra. Velika preporuka za smeštaj.
