Great location good value and modern apartment.

Pros: The location was great walkable to the centre, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was a very good size and had everything you would need, it was perfect for a couple. It was very clean and I felt safe in and outside the apartment.

Pros: Loved how clean & spacious the apartment was, located in a very nice part of town practically in the centre. It has strong wifi, great AC/ heating, and a coffee machine with complimentary pods just to name a view things. The host was very kind and attentive to our needs. When we're back in Nis, Home Apartment is the first place we'll look. 10/10

From the moment we arrived, Milena's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She greeted us in person, ensuring we parked in the correct spot to avoid any fines, which was incredibly thoughtful. Milena went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with excellent recommendations for local dining and places to explore. Her advice was invaluable and added so much to our visit. Despite only meeting Milena for a brief 10 minutes, she made us feel like long-time friends. Her genuine care and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. We highly recommend Milena's apartment to anyone visiting Niš. Thank you, Milena, for an unforgettable experience!

Cons: Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. Milena used to live in this apartment, so everything was perfectly arranged and thoughtfully equipped. It really depends on what your expectations are. If we were to suggest one minor improvement, perhaps Milena could consider providing one-time-use slippers for future guests.

Pros: Relativno nov nameštaj. Čisto i sređeno. Centar grada 5 min peške. Sve je u najboljem redu. Prijatan boravak beše i najbitnije, za svaku preporuku.
