RIVERVIEW

Pros: Cosy and comfortable, very nice location. Very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. The host very responsive and helpful.

Pros: A wonderful time in prelep grad Niš, volimo sve u Nišu, thank you again to the landlord Ivan, everything was flawless and we highly recommend this accommodation. No better apartment for us in Niš. Hvala puno!

Exceptional stay

Pros: My stay at this apartment in Niš was absolutely fantastic! The location offers breathtaking views of the city and surrounding landscape — perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Communication was easy and prompt throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Niš.

Beautiful apartment at great location

Pros: The location in the very center, it is very clean and hosts are very pleasant. The bed is truly gigantic and very comfy.

Cons: For the two of us, there was only one set of towels, but the owners probably forgot, it's okay. You can always contact them if you are missing anything.

Home from home

Pros: This was our 3rd visit to Nìs and by far the best and most comfortable accommodation. Everything to hand and well equipped. Exceptionally clean.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike

Big, well-located, clean studio apartment but no shutters or blinds on the windows

Pros: Great location beside the river and close to many bars and cafes Large spacious studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of stem ware. Big bathroom. Efficient and friendly host Modern building with lift access.

Cons: The view of the river through some trees is great except there are no blinds, shutters or curtains to keep out the early morning sunlight. This is a major problem and should be rectified, especially for light-sensitive guests. Mattress was not big enough for the base of the bed. One table is not very big and difficult to work and eat from.

Pros: The location of the apartment worked well for us. Close to town and an easy walk from bus station. We were met to gain entry to the apartment and given basic instructions. Even with a bar downstairs the apartment is very quiet to outside noise. Host was responsive to questions and providing information about arrival etc.

Cons: No curtains or blinds or shutters on the window next to the bed. No plug or dishwashing liquid / cloth to do dishes. Fridge was very noisy making it difficult to sleep so this needs some attention. No instruction information provided eg turning on water heater or advice on restaurants, places to visit etc.

Pros: The accommodation fully matches the description, it is clean and equipped with all necessities. The location is excellent, close to the city center, on a quiet street right next to the river. When we come to Niš again, we won't change the accommodation.

Pros: Great apartment in the city center with a view of the river. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner is wonderful, really kind and nice person. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Nis.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, modern. Location is great and so is the view. The host was very welcoming, the apartment was very clean. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Niš for a few days.

Cons: The windows could really use curtains or blind. It was a bit cold in February despite the AC. It would have been nice if there were slippers in the apartment.
