I am satisfied, the ratio of price and quality of accommodation is right.

Pros: Everything is as shown, it is clean and the agreement regarding the host is fulfilled, everything that is offered.

Cons: The only complaint is the apartment's front door and the lock, maybe that could be changed a bit.

Awesome place if you are traveling alone

Pros: Great location, close to town center. Right across a bus stop, a grocery shop right around the corner and a few dining options around the apartment. Very quiet place and a friendly host are what made my stay great!

Cons: Would be even better if it had a small kitchen or at least a microwave if something like that is needed during your stay.

I went there for the 2nd time...

Pros: Came here for the 2nd time as I went for a 2nd trip to Niš with my girlfriend. Location is good, about 10 min. from city center with bus. If you are visiting Niš for a concert (like we did), then the location is perfect (10 min walking from Čair arena). Room is comfortable, bathroom has a large shower, and the staff is flexible and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Cons: The door handle for the bathroom should be fixed.
