Great experience for skiing and relaxing

Pros: The apartment, its location, and the host were just great. The apartment is bright, spacious, and perfect for two. As for the location – we visited in winter and actually preferred staying here rather than in the center of Kopaonik during this season. It’s a secluded village on the mountain, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. And at the same time, ski lift number 1 is just a 3-minute drive away, which is incredibly convenient, and Kopaonik centre is 10 min drive. The building itself has a spa with several saunas, and there’s also a great restaurant, Zodiac, around the corner, and there’s a small supermarket in the complex - so basically you have everything you need. The host was extremely hospitable and gave us plenty of helpful tips.

Pros: Удобная уютная квартира, было тепло, достаточно просторно для семьи. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Все работает, ничего не сломано, краны и душ не текут, душевая кабина не подтекает, все супер. Рядом с домом бугель Треска, расположен, действительно, в 100 метрах от апартамента. Но бугель не работал, т.к. снега не было. Удобно, что для похода в ресторан, бар и прокат не требуется выходить на улицу, под зданием сделан переход из подъезда в подъезд и во все общественные помещения.

Cons: При заселении был грязный пол. Ковер весь в крошках. Инструментов для уборки в апартаментах нет никаких. В шкафчике на кухне была плесень. На террасе не было ограды. Стена здания облезлая, облезшая краска кусками валялась на ковре и на полу. Постельное белье для детей синтетическое и в катушках. Спа не входит в стоимость апартамента, но предоставляется скидка 20%, получается примерно 40 е на одного, то есть на семью из 4 человек это 160 е за посещение. При этом внешне бассейн выглядит достаточно \

Preporucujem

Pros: Sve preporuke za apartman, imao je apsolutno sve sto je potrebno za udoban boravak( kozmetika,fen, pegla, peskiri, drustvene igre...) i veliku terasu sa pogledom na šumu. Vlasnik je bio tu za svako nase pitanje i vise puta nam izasao u susret i dao odlicne preporuke. U kompleksu imate i spa centar(preporucujem), prodavnicu, restoran, pub i veliki parking. A ski lift Treska je na 5minuta pešaka. Definitivno cemo doci opet.
