Great location and hospitality.

Pros: The property is located very close to gondola, which is taking you to the skii resort easily. It is clean and worth to the money you are paying. The owners are friendly and very helpful.

Cons: There is nothing you would find bad, you can easily reach to the owners and other skii locations for renting equipment and reaching to skii resorts.

New and 150m to gondola

Pros: Very new and modern apartments. Everything (furniture, accessories) is brand new. Ski storage with boot-warmer. 150 meters to ski-lift. Key-less (bracelets) access. Free parking.

Cons: - room on the boot warmer is not enough for all the guests. - no additional features (spa or pool).

Pros: Apartman je odlično opremljen, nameštaj je nov i funkcionalan, kuhinja ima sve što vam je potrebno, komplet posuđa i pribora, deterdžent, ulje, sve što vam treba. Kupatilo odlično opremljeno, ima i svoju grejalicu. Naročito mi se dopao dušek, izuzetno je udoban. Apartman se nalazi u velikom objektu, koji ima recepciju i odličnom je stanju, poseduje odličnu skijašnicu, koja je prostrana i ima mesta za svu skijašku opremu. Položaj je odličan, pored glavnog put i 150m od početne stanice gondole.

Pros: Čisto, lepo, udobno i blizu gondole. Svaka preporuka.

Pros: We loved our stay in this studio. The whole complex is new and modern, as the studio itself. The location is very close to Brzece ski lift that takes you to Mali Karaman and the slopes of Kopaonik. There are parking spaces right in front of the building, which is a big plus if you are arriving by car. The apartment is very warm and cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive to the questions we had.

Cons: This is not related to the apartment itself, but it’s useful to know that the Brzece ski lift closes at 15:30, half an hour earlier than the other lifts. At the end of the day, many skiers return to Brzece at the same time, which makes the lifts toward Mali Karaman quite crowded. Because of this, we had to finish skiing a bit earlier to ensure we could return on time.

Pros: Apartman je mnogo lep udoban čist. Blizu je gondole i ima skijasnicu u okviru objekta. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom na izuzetno visokom nivou. Tople preporke .

Pros: Great location. Friendly and responsive host. The room was new, clean, and warm. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses, cutlery, etc. The only missing thing is oven for those who want to cook. The aparthotel has room for ski equipment with ski boots driers. Recommended.

Udobno, opremljeno i toplo!

Pros: Smeštaj je nov, odlično opremljen, nameštaj je udoban i celokupna atmosfera je veoma prijatna. Što se tiče lokacije, ona je odlična za skijaše jer je blizu gondole uz dostpunost skijašnice koja je postrana i odlično organizovana uz mogućnost korišćenja sušača za pancerice :) domaćin je bio uvek dostupan i spreman za svaki dogovor. Kuhinja i sam apartman je opremljen za sve što vam je potrebno. Odličan utisak!
