Pros: The accommodation was very good, the kitchen was very well equipped with all the needed accessories, the studio was clean, modern, cozy and nice. The buildings are very well maintained with an organized infrastructure.
Cons: Free parking is not available, need to consider an extra cost/day. SPA is with considerable extra cost for the guests and are also people accepted from external. Parking+SPA extra, results in an increased cost by 50% of the initial accomodation cost booked.

Very nice stay, overall pleased
Pros: The property is nice, very big complex and clean and big rooms. Hosts are very nice and they speak English. They helped me with a cake surprise request. The restaurant has good food but service was a bit slow. Will definitely visit again.
Cons: Restaurant service is a bit slow.They forgot to bring the bread but still put it on the bill. If you are a first timer, expect a different treatment. The people that come more often get preferential treatment, like free parking and in good spots etc. The spa is not included in the price on booking.com only if you reserve on their website as halfboard. You have to pay separately at a 50% discount. Personally I think you should impress first timers into your hotel so they return, but that is just me. You also have to pay for parking per day, it is not free. Same on some surprise costs like room insurance and city tax which is paid on check out.

Pros: Am inchiriat un studio care a fost mai spatios decat ne asteptam, camera curata, cu un pat confortabil. In camera exista un termostat si puteai ajusta temperatura cum doreai. La dus am avut apa calda permanent, singura problema a fost ca pe sub cabina de dus se scurgea apa. Amplasarea ni s-a parut ideala pentru ca langa este un magazin unde gaseam de toate, iar din parcare exista un autobuz (gratuit) care te duce direct la partie, fara sa fii nevoit sa scoti masina zilnic si sa cauti locuri de parcare. In plus, puteai lasa echipamentul de schi si ghetele in vestiar de unde le inchiriai, iar astfel nu ne mai caram cu ele inapoi la cazare. In cadrul complexului exista si un loc de joaca pentru copii si spa care se platesc separat, dar ne-a placut ca am gasit tot ce ne doream intr-un singur loc.
Cons: Mancarea de la restaurant este foarte buna, insa nu pot spune acelasi lucru si despre personal. Singurele persoane amabile si zambitoare erau la receptie, plus o doamna care servea la restaurant, dânsa fiind si singura exceptie. In rest, toti ospatarii erau cel putin nesimtiti. Te ignorau, iti uitau comanda, iti spuneau sa platesti cash (noi aveam doar bani pe card). Mergeam zilnic la restaurantul lor, de 2 ori pe zi chiar, doar pentru ca mancarea era buna si eram cu doi copii mici. Cand voiam sa platim simteam ca ne rugam de ei sa ne aduca nota. Pros: Mi-a plăcut faptul ca au fost prezente calorifere în fiecare încăpere,încălzire în podea și apa caldă din belșug, ceea ce mi-a făcut șederea foarte confortabilă! Pat confortabil. Punctualitatea autobuzelor care duc oaspeții până la pârtie. Existența parcărilor și a garajelor.
Cons: Căsuța-apartament 05A Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că, deși se specifică că consumabilele se pot schimba/se pot cere în plus (prosoape, hârtie igienică), am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm un bax de hârtie igienică, nefiind îndeajuns în apartament. Situație în care s-a cerut o singură rolă de hârtie și ni s-a specificat că este contracost... Toaleta și dușul se puteau observa cu ochiul liber, că nu au fost curățate cu atenție, iar rola de hârtie mai mult de jumatate goală. La etaj, la finalul treptelor de urcare, plinta se desprinde cu tot cu o bucată generoasă de lemn. Ap 44/ 9C Lipsa tacâmurilor din sertare( furculițe,cuțite, linguri etc. inexistente)

Pros: Das Apartment war sauber und relativ Bequem. Hat alles gegeben was wir gebraucht haben in unserem Aufenthalt.
Cons: Da ist Liste etwas länger, ich habe ziemlich viel Geld bezahlt, und dafür würde die Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt wehrend unseren Aufenthalts! Der Preis war nur für die Unterkunft, habe dann bei Rezeption mitbekommen. Das Appartement war Bequem erst wenn die Cousine von mir (11 Jährig) auf Sofa geschlafen hat, weil das Bett war nicht ganz Optimal für uns beide. Der Eintrittspreis für das Schwimmbad war unfassbar Teuer ( für ein mal ca. 50CHF - 6300,00din) und das noch für die Gäste vom Hotel, nicht zu glauben. Dann haben wir nichts bekommen nur ein Tuch (kein Bademantel, weder schlarpen). An zweiten Tag hat die Orange Wasserrutsche nicht Funktioniert, was hat ein Kaos verursacht auf die andere Wasserrutsche, bei so viele Kinder. Der Parkplatz war eine Große Herausforderung, beim Rein und Rausfahrten unbedingt korrigieren um die Parkticket zum scannen zu können, da könnte nur ein Auto Rein/raus Fahren, bei Zwei Autos eine muss entweder wieder auf die Straße retour oder im Parkplatzt. Und Parkplatz kostet nicht wenig (1000,00din pro Tag) für das was sie bieten.

Pros: החדרים נקיים ונעמים, המתחם נעים. פריד הקבלה שקיבל אותנו היה מאוד נעים ולבבי.
Cons: 1. נאמר לנו שאפשר להגיע לארוחת בוקר ולשלם במקום. לצערנו בחלק מהימים לא היתה ארוחת בוקר, ולא טרחו ליידע אותנו. 2. התשלום עבור שימוש בבריכה הוא גבוה מאוד. 3. באחד הלילות פתאום נשברה לנו המיטה. אמנם הגיעו לתקן אותה באותו לילה, אבל אף אחד לא התנצל, לא חשבו שמגיע לנו איזה שהוא פיצוי על העוגנת נפש.. זה היה מאוד לא נעים.

Pros: Everything. Both apartments we have booked (one bedroom and two bedrooms apartments) were clean, newly furnished, well equipped. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful, and meet all our requests. There is a supermarket and ski pass vending machine within the facility, which is super convenient. Beside not located on or near the ski slopes, there was a bus taking the guests to and from the ski area.
