Great for skiing holiday
Pros: A pretty, quiet small hotel with filling and tasty breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs. All the food was really good, but they had no menu printed. Private transport to ski center is useful and efficient. Saves both time and money. One of the most pet friendly hotels ever!
Cons: The staff don't really pay too much attention to guests. Maybe it was a busy time. Spa didn't have hot water, so it didn't really work. We went to sauna and then back to our rooms to take a shower.

Pros: Wonderful experience at Chalet, which is tucked away from the center of Kopaonik. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, along with comfortable apartment, the delicious food served, and the warm smiles from the staff. The spa center, complete with a sauna and Turkish bath, was an added bonus. If you're looking for a getaway from the city for a few days and enjoy activities like hiking, walking, or e-bike tours, I highly recommend booking a stay at Chalet.

Best accommodation in Kopaonik! Ski heaven
Pros: Beautiful apartments, with amazing hosts, great breakfast and drive to ski center service. Spa included (sauna and steam room) which is also very nice for ski trips. Amazing restorant in the building, every dish was outstanding (and we tried most of the menu). We came back for the second time this year and we plan to continue coming to this place as a family tradition.
Cons: The offroad to the apartment can be tricky, it will be good to have it more accessible.

Forest fairytale
Pros: The place is in the middle of the woods and it is just a fairy tale. Everything that there was for dinner was delicious and the staff was very polite.
Cons: Breakfast was not so good and the staff during it was rude and not very cooperative. There is no air conditioning, only heating for the winter, so have it in mind for the summer. Also, have in mind that the path to the hotel is a little bit offroad.

Pros: very nice staff. delicious food, the price includes breakfast and delivery to the center, there is a sauna. Since I’m from another country, before leaving we were given food and juice for the road, which we really liked.

Amazing holiday couple trip with perfect food. Winter version of “Eat, Pray & Love”
Pros: Everything! Atmosphere + facilities + good food! What else you could ask for?!?
Cons: The only thing I could suggest is little more maintenance at the spa, like new bath chairs & etc + more flexible working hours of the spa, now it opens at 06:00pm until 10:00pm

Nice appartment with really nice hosts
Pros: Hosts and personell in the restaurant were awesome. The view from the appartment was nice. Nice backyard where kids can play around. We missed the breakfast (we were 15 minutes late) and host and personell prepared nice breakfast for us in a couple of minutes.
Cons: One thing that might be improved is cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, but the lunch we had was not fresh (bread, burger and chicken fingers tasted really stale).

Nice apartment and eating area. Would come back.
Pros: We got an upgrade. We rented a studio and were given a comfortable apartment. The hosts were super nice :).
Cons: We chose the accommodation because of the buffet offer. But contrary to the advertised we had no buffet breakfast. The offered breakfast was good but we were not given the chance to choose what to have for breakfast. :(
