We’re planning the next ski trip, an we will definitely go back to Vila Jezero.
Pros: Location right on the slopes, closeness to the ski center and all restaurants
Cons: Very friendly people both at reception and at the ski rental, clean, warm, spacious.

Amazing and Affordable
Pros: Great location, ski in-out. Good steam room and sauna. Comfortable rooms, ski rental inside is very good. Helpful and Friendly staff.
Cons: You probably need a car to get to the shop, walk back from shop with groceries could be challenging.

Pros: great location near the ski slopes, you can go out and come in skiing. The team was helpful, we didn't have any problems
Cons: everything was fine. living room couch as a bed was not that great, it would have been better to have a separate rollover bed

Great location, hospitable host, free parking - good value for the money!
Pros: Our host was very hospitable and let us stay longer on our leaving day since there were no other guests to check-in that day, this was very significant to us since we did not have to be in a rush.

Perfect stay in Kopaonik
Pros: Vila Jezero is cozy,comfortable and just like home,place. The location is perfect,right to the ski slope Malo jezero. Ski in-ski out for ski lovers.You’re right to the center,about 3-4min to the supermarket,restaurants and local and sport stores. The apartmants are spacious and comfortable,well equiped with facilities. For families or couples is perfect place to stay in Kopaonik. The ski rent is highly equiped with new models and you have discount on renting the ski equipment. The host is very nice,talkative,helpful and generous man. We will be back soon for shure!

Great location, great people, has an EV charger!
Pros: The location of the property is really good. The place has an electric charger, which is a huge plus when traveling with an electric vehicle – so not having to find a charger was great. Access to ski slopes is right out the door!
Cons: Clearer instructions on ways to use the spa, and pricing around it.

Pros: Prelepa vila u centru sa obezbeđenim parkingom, spa centrom i sjajnim, udobnim apartmanima. Sve je novo i besprekorno čisto. Najveći utisak na nas ostavilo je ljubazno osoblje, koje nam je bilo na raspolaganju za sve što nam je trebalo, uvek nas dočekujući sa osmehom. Pronašli smo svoj kutak na Kopaoniku i sigurno ćemo se vratiti! A beautiful villa in the center with secured parking, a spa center, and fantastic, comfortable apartments. Everything is brand new and spotless. What impressed us most was the kind staff, who were available for everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. We found our perfect spot on Kopaonik and will definitely be coming back!

Pros: За втора година отсядам тук със семейството си и бих потвърдила миналогодишното ни впечатление-Апартаментът създава усещане за домашният уют, топъл и чист. Тихо и спокойно място. Подсигурен паркинг за колата. С чудесно местоположение, на само пистата и на пешеходно разстояние от магазини и заведения за хранене както и кафенета. VILA JEZERO разполага със ски гардероб и предлага ски под наем.
Cons: Ще се повторя, тъй като това намирам за недостатък и тази година - липса на етажерка в душ кабината. Може да се помисли за промяна на скоростта на интернета.Предоставяне на повече информация за парната баня и сауната-работят ли, в кои часови интервали, със заявка ли и т.н.

Pros: Страхотно разположение с директен достъп до пистите и центъра . Много топло в студените дни . Има подсигурени места за гостите в ски гардероба , който се намира на партера на хотела от където можете и да наемете ски оборудване на промо цени .
