A very comfortable stay in a great location, with perfect heating, constant hot water, easy check-in and payment via Pay

Pros: Everything was really great. The apartment was very comfortable. The heating worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Whenever I needed something, they were always helpful and responsive. Payment was simple, and they accepted card payments via PayPal. The location was also very good. Kopaonik is a small place, so everything is close.

Pros: The apartment was super clean, and it had a lot of smart storage space where you could've put the stuff. Everything was brand new and modern. The apartment has floor heating, and the temperature was good throughout all of our stay . The owner is very nice and the communication was nice and easy. The location itself is five minutes from the city centre. Also, one of the main things for us as we have a baby is that the apartment is on the ground floor, so it was much easier with a stroller and his stuff. Would recommend it to everyone!

Pros: Great location, great room. Comfortable for 3, perhaps also for a family with two kids. The room was organized with a great care and the kitchen equipped with great attention to details. The furniture and appliances look good quality. Floor heating, very nice and warm. Big smart TV with Netflix. You can cast from your phone as well. We had a minor issue in bathroom, which the host resolved promptly. Reception where you can leave your bags after checking out, and use an extra day to ski. Also, host let us in the room a couple of hours before the check-in time, since it was ready.

Cons: Really a minor one, more a suggestion for improvement. TV is positioned a bit low, just next to one of the beds. So, if one is laying in that bed, they would partially occlude the view. Also, person sleeping there was afraid to break it if turned in sleep. Moving it a bit higher would be good.

Pros: Sajan apartman u prizemlju hotela, savrsen za skijase, zato sto se islazi odma u nivou ulice, u hodniku imaju boksevi za odlaganje skija.

Agreeable price, no parking, rooms in the basement, ski equipment lockers.

Pros: Good price near the skin slopes, one of the best prices from the area to be as close to the skiresort. Clean room, hot water and warm inside. Ski equipment facilities, you receive a locker per room that more than enough to store all the equipment for 2 persons. The host Vladislav speaks good english and is understanding and helpful.

Cons: The host is great and speaks good english but the handyman at the reception of the building won't understand a thing of what tou tell him. If the host is not there the handyman may walk you to the room, he was confused and he moved us from one room to another when we checked in. Also it took a bit to make him understand we are staying at Zimski as there are multiple appartments or facilities in the building, showing him the reservation did not help. All the Zimski appartments are at the basemend of the building, which was not mentioned in the description. The rooms are ok for 2 friends but for a couple they are not ideal as the beds ar far apart in different parts of the room. It is the cheapest option near the ski resort but it is still double the price than 5km down the road. There is no guarantee of a parking spot, and if you manage to find one you have to pay for it evereyday. There is no parking for the building, everything is private parking of the ski resort area.

Pros: Vlasnik Vladislav je bio veoma susretljiv, fleksibilan i ljubazan. Dao nam je par saveta u vezi sa najboljom putanjom do staze, i svaki dogovor je išao veoma lako. Pred doček Nove godine, čak nam je doneo poklon. Apartman je u odličnom stanju, a lokacija veoma dobra. Svaka preporuka!

Odlicni apartmani u centru

Pros: Odseli smo u dve jedinice u okviru smestaja. Sve je savrseno uredno i cisto. Grejanje fenomenalno. Poseban odeljak za ski opremu. Lokacija odlicna. Ljubazni domacini. Apartmani za svaku preporuku.

Cons: Iako nije bilo navedeno na sajtu, placanje unapred je bilo potrebno.
