A good place to stay , helpfull staff

Pros: Exceptionally helpful staff, always friendly and smiling. The place is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. Although the location is around 5 km from the city center, they offer a convenient paid transfer service

Cons: If you want to reach Kopaonik in the evening, you’ll need to use your own car—which can be challenging due to limited parking—or take a taxi. The staff is always ready to assist you with arrangements whenever needed.

Great value, super friendly host, clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: Everything was just right! Despite being about 10 minutes drive to the ski area, the transfer service was effective and cheap (£3 return trip). Meals were substantial - breakfasts especially so. The evening 3 course meal provided a relaxing end to a day on the slopes.

Cons: Everything was excellent. A tiny feedback item would be to have a shower fitting on the bathroom wall to allow for stand up shower.

Pros: It is a very nice cozy family place with home-made products, very warm and calm.

Cons: A bit far away from slopes.

Pros: It was really good and nice everything ; Snezana very kind and helpful ...thank you :-) , the room A5 big and comfortable ( my daughter loved the upper bed , warm and with a beautiful view , hot water , everything you need. The accommodation provides transport to the slopes and back if you need , you must tell them a day before that you want it. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious ....thank you to the man who served us every day - he was very kind :-)

Cons: I didn't have a problem with the internet that was going a little bit slower than we are used to...but for teenager can be a little upsetting ( they get over it quickly ) ...so it's not an issue :-)

Pros: The managers are very friendly, the location is very clean, worm, in a nice pitoresque area, food and service good.

Pros: We enjoied our stay a lot and highly recomenend AS Apartments. The place is cozy and comfortable. Host and staff are very nice and the food is good. Perfect play room for children. Parking area is fine. Transport to the slopes and back is organised very well, so no need to drive every day. Thank you, Snezana and team! See you next year!

Pros: The room was spacious enough, clean and warm (a bit too warm at the beginning, but that is adjustable). Had no troubles with the hot water. Breakfast included (also dinner, but we didn't serve).

Cons: We had friends staying over in another location and they wouldn't accept outsiders for dinner (obviously we offered to pay). That wasn't a huge inconvenience though

Pros: Lepo cisto i udobno zaista. Iz dva razloga ocena je 10. Pre svega zbog ljudi koji rade tamo. Ne mogu reci da sam nailazio cesto na takvu srusretjljivost, ljubaznost i gostoprimstvo. Drugi razlog je odnos nize cene koju placate za izuzetan kvatitet koji dobijete.

Cons: Sigurno je potrebno 10 min kolima do centra

Pros: The stuff was very friendly. The cleaning lady and the reception lady were very kind and very helpful. The room was very clean always. The van driver was very helpfull, always on time and helping us with the ski equpiment. Also the guy from the restaurant that was serving us was very kind and helpfull. Great place and people.
