Pros: We came to Niš for sighseeing and we wanted to see the city. Apartments were close to the center and also close to the nearby shop. Apartments were clean and modern. Everything was ok.

Modern, Comfortable Stay with Easy Access and Friendly Host

Pros: We had a great experience staying in this brand new, clean, and comfortable building. The apartment was well-equipped, and the elevator made access easy. There’s dedicated parking, which was very convenient, especially for travelers arriving by car. The location is also excellent, with easy access to and from the highway, making it a perfect stopover. Our host, Milan, was extremely kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the start. A nice bonus was a great Serbian restaurant just about 15 minutes away on foot, where we enjoyed an authentic local meal. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Niš.

Perfect 2 bedroom apartment in Durlan for a family stay.

Pros: Milan is a perfect host. He greeted us when we arrived. The apartment is in a brand new building. It's spotless, warm and has everything you might need. Garage parking. Milan was flexible with our arrival and departure which was very appreciated. We would definitely come back.
