Pros: Well situated for the one nights top over in Nis, it is around the corner from the bus station so eaxactly what I needed for the early morning bus ride. Clean, had a single night. Good to contact in advance to have later the door opened by the staff, the person saw me from the balcony.

Cons: Maybe there isa bell ont he door, I did not look for it. The hotel staff saw me from the balcony and opened the door. i had no internet or could not look in my booking, but that worked well. friendly welcome, cash payment was fine and I received a handwritten invoice, fine. Received the following message: Hi, can you tell me your arrival time, we don't have a reception so call when you are close and someone will wait for you outside the apartment Sobe Rooms Aleksandar +38162257205 . I just did not look for it so my fault but you asa reader have the number now (from 11/2025)...

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable, and the room was pleasant to stay in. The owner responded very quickly and checked in on guests, asking things like “Do you need coffee?” or “Do you need shampoo?” The owner son( who speak English well) immediately helped with printing out my bus ticket. Great location: about a 10-minute walk to the town center and only 2 minutes from the main bus terminal. The sheets smelled really nice and felt very clean. The towels were relatively soft and easy to use, compared to other accommodations in the area.

Cons: As is common in Serbia, the bathroom drain is a bit slow. If anything, nearby dogs sometimes bark at certain times at night.

It was excellent

Pros: It is close to the bus station and to all the locations that I needed to go and visit. Especially close to the Fortress of Niš and the University od Niš.

Pros: Great host, he answered all our questions and spoke English very well. The room is excellent and met our expectations. Only 3 minutes walk to the bus station. City center is close by. Lots of local buses. Bed is comfortable, balcony view is nice, bathroom is big and come with all amenities. We stayed for a week so far! We liked this place very much. I highly recommend this place!
